Shoes for casual wear versus. Elevated
When it comes to shoes, quality and design could make a major distinction in the appearance of the look of an outfit. The image shows two different designs: informal sneaker or stylish loafers and shows how the various shoes can enhance or diminish the overall appearance.
In the first picture, green and white Nike sneakers are the more casual and sportier look. While they’re practical and comfortable however, they are more suited to casual daily activities like doing errands, or having a drink with your friends. They don’t provide the same elegance to a look as the more formal shoes could.
The second photo shows the Black suede loafer that is stylish and classy. Loafers such as these can raise the look of an outfit quickly and are perfect for formal or semi-formal outfit. When worn with well-tailored pants as well as pants Loafers offer an elegant, timeless look that transitions between casual and business occasions.
The New Balance sneakers in the third photo are a great shoe for casual occasions, but they aren’t the best choice for formal or more polished occasions. The beige suede slip-ons that are featured in the fourth photo however, have a stylish minimalist design that can be used to dress up casual attire.
All in all, both kinds of shoes are appropriate in the right context, however, elegant slip-ons or loafers are excellent choices to achieve an upscale, sophisticated and elegant style, whereas shoes are perfect to create a relaxed, casual style.
